Barry's Bootcamp offered a few lucky members personalised coaching from a panel of experts, as it launched its Lucky 7 competition in London.
The Lucky 7 programme was designed to promote "360 degree fitness”. That meant it was not just about sweating hard, it also targeted mental health and the way you approach fitness, readiness and goals, as well as nutrition.
The Lucky 7 package consisted of five classes a week for eight weeks, so there were get plenty of lung-busting workouts.
Barry's signed up psychotherapist Zoë Aston MSc of Your Mental Health Workout and winners also got nutritional advice from Lisa Blane.
We were brought to interview the participants as well as the trainers and founder Anya.
